At VitalMan, we are committed to providing premium quality products that meet or exceed your expectations. We understand that sometimes a product may not be exactly what you had in mind, which is why we offer a comprehensive refund policy to ensure your satisfaction.
We stand behind the quality of our products with our 30-day satisfaction guarantee. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, we are here to help.
30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all our products. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return the unused portion of the product within 30 days from the delivery date for a full refund of the purchase price (excluding shipping fees).
To be eligible for a return under our satisfaction guarantee:
- The return must be initiated within 30 days of the delivery date
- The product must be in its original packaging
- At least 50% of the product must remain unused
- You must include your original order number or proof of purchase
Please note that we can only accept one return per product per customer under our satisfaction guarantee. This policy is designed to give you the opportunity to try our products without risk, while preventing abuse of our generous return policy.
Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact our customer service team within 7 days of receipt. We will arrange for a replacement or a full refund, including shipping fees.
To be eligible for a return due to damage or defect:
- Notify us within 7 days of receiving the product
- Provide photos of the damaged product and packaging
- Do not discard the product or packaging until instructed by our team
Incorrect or Missing Items
If you receive an incorrect item or if items are missing from your order, please contact our customer service team within 7 days of receipt. We will arrange to send you the correct item or the missing items at no additional cost.
If you prefer a refund instead of receiving the correct or missing items, we will process a refund for the affected products.
How to Request a Refund
To initiate a return and request a refund, please follow these steps:
- Email our customer service team at returns@vitalman.com with the subject line "Return Request"
- Include your order number, the product(s) you wish to return, and the reason for your return
- Our team will review your request and provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions
- Package the item(s) securely and include the RMA number with your return
- Ship the package to the address provided in the return instructions
Please do not send your return without first obtaining an RMA number. Returns sent without prior authorization may experience delays in processing or may be refused.
Refund Processing Time
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets our return policy requirements. If approved, your refund will be processed as follows:
- We will initiate your refund within 3 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned product
- Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment used for the purchase
- Credit card refunds typically take 5-10 business days to appear on your statement, depending on your financial institution
- If you paid using PayPal, refunds are typically processed within 1-2 business days
You will receive an email notification when your refund has been processed.
Return Shipping Costs
For returns under our 30-day satisfaction guarantee, customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
For returns due to our error (damaged, defective, or incorrect items), we will provide a prepaid return shipping label or reimburse you for reasonable return shipping costs. Please contact our customer service team for instructions before shipping the item back.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Products that have been opened and are more than 50% consumed
- Products that have been tampered with or have had their seals broken for reasons other than to inspect the product
- Products that have been purchased as part of a special promotion or sale specifically marked as "final sale"
- Gift cards
Exceptions to the Standard Policy
Subscription Orders
For subscription orders, you may cancel your subscription at any time. If you receive a subscription order that you wish to return, our standard 30-day return policy applies. Please note that any promotional discounts applied to subscription orders may affect the refund amount.
Promotional Items or Free Gifts
If your order included free or promotional items, these items must also be returned if you request a full refund for your purchase. If the free or promotional items are not returned, their value may be deducted from your refund amount.
Bulk Orders
For orders of multiple units of the same product (bulk orders), we may limit returns to a reasonable quantity to prevent abuse of our return policy. Please contact our customer service team for guidance on returning bulk orders.
Product Exchanges
If you wish to exchange a product for a different item rather than requesting a refund, please contact our customer service team at returns@vitalman.com with the subject line "Exchange Request." Include your order number, the item you wish to exchange, and the product you would like instead.
Our team will guide you through the exchange process, which may involve:
- Returning the original product (following our standard return procedures)
- Processing a refund for the original product
- Placing a new order for the desired product
In some cases, we may be able to ship the new product before receiving the return, but this will be determined on a case-by-case basis.
International Returns
For international orders, our standard 30-day return policy applies, but there are additional considerations:
- International customers are responsible for return shipping costs
- International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees associated with returning products
- Due to varying international shipping times, we recommend initiating the return process as soon as possible to ensure the return arrives within our 30-day window
